Deliberate Intent
I haven’t seen the book The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent yet, but I found a great review of the book, here:
In short, we all can use our emotional guidance system to control our feelings one little step at a time until we move from anger/fear to joy. The trick is to not focus on making the long-distance jump from anger to joy at one time and expect to be successful. Focus instead on moving from fear to anger, then from anger to frustration, and so on until you feel better.

No prob. Check my blog for some good reads. I need to update it. Another book I recommend is Eckert Tolle’s A New Earth. I’m sure you’ve heard about it. Ever since Oprah had him on her show, everybody and their mother went out and bought that book. It’s amazing. Really inspirational. BTW-I responded to you post on my blog, but I don’t know if you get notified when I return comments….

Yes, Oprah made that book very popular, but I still didn’t read it, imagine that! I’ve got so many books lined up on my shelf that I haven’t gotten to read yet. The new books that I bought this year have been for my research into the book I want to write. I am slowly, slowly, writing about the link between depression and diet…including dietary deficiencies that cause depression, and foods/supplements that relieve depression when included in the diet.
