I found a book all about purpose with a design reminiscent of my own “Live On Purpose” red daisy. This book by Dennis Merritt Jones, a life coach, is called “The Art of Being: 101 Ways to Practice Purpose in Your Life.”
I chose my banner image of the red daisy amidst white daisies because I was looking for ways to personify standing out from the crowd. When everyone else is a white daisy, the person with a purposeful life is as bright and vibrant as the single red daisy.
I also chose the stacked rocks image from my home page banner as another symbol of purpose. When you go hiking above the treeline, you often see rocks and boulders stacked on top of each other as a marker that someone has been there and that this is the right way to go. Someone has left a trace on purpose, for others to find.
My goal is to leave this web site as a legacy for others to find; a way to bring Being to the forefront and purpose back into a once empty life.
