Elio: I agree, no matter the reason you begin meditation, it leads to a connection with the higher self. Whether that includes enlightenment, is up to the practitioner: quantity and quality of practice.

One of the comments in the 'pick the brain' link indicates that someone gave meditation a try for a month and a half, for thirty minutes a day, and he still felt like he was wasting a half an hour. The answer is to change the technique until one is found that resonates well.

My point is that Holosync has no technique; it's so easy that all you have to do is listen and space out. No one has to worry that they'll lose their religion if they listen to it. No one has to worry if they're doing it right or wrong, because the headphones generate the tones necessary for your brainwave patterns to change.

Anyway, I used to be able to sit in meditation for two hours using the 'thought dropping' technique, without Holosync (when I was in my twenties). I know for sure that Holosync can duplicate my results in less time!

Mckay: After I made the post, I realized that not everyone who reads my blog will know what Holosync is! I describe my own life experience and scientific description of it on the home page of Live on Purpose. It's basically a long sales letter written because I believe so fully in Holosync that I became an affiliate. If you do decide that Holosync is something you'd like to try out, then I'd really appreciate it if you used the links I include to it in my page, listed below:

I simply get a small kickback from Centerpointe if you decide you like the Holosync meditation and want to get it for yourself.
