Thanks Baker! I found you on Twitter from your beautiful blog.

Some people do have trouble smiling when trials abound. It has to be a conscious choice!

It helps to develop the watcher, so that you can see yourself being upset and then remark to yourself, Oh, that’s me being upset. Can I change that? Yes.

I, of course, was having trouble being optimistic when this poem appeared to me. Then I took a deep breath and posted it right away because it helped me out when I was having a trying time.

Great post. Positive thoughts have energy that transmute into our physical reality. Many people have a hard time understanding this, thank you for being bold enough to speak the truth.
