I love Dc Masaru’s experiments, after I first read about them I started taping loving words to my bottles of water and them I put the bottles in the freezer. So everyday when I take a new bottle of water out of the freezer I know it has been blessed with loving words, I started calling it ‘Grateful Water’ as most of the words I use are based around appreciation and gratitude.

I also bought a collection of bowls that I named ‘Validation Bowls’ after the Validation Video that is going around, they have inspiring words written around the top of the bowl and inside on the bottom, they always give me a boost especially when I get to the bottom and see the words You Rock!

Masaru’s water experiment is just amazing to me. It definitely altered my perception of the power we hold with our thoughts.

I practice giving thanks for the food I am about to eat. An elderly lady once told me that “it might just digest better.” As she was nearing retirement and could out last me in most situations, I decided she knew what she was talking about. Gratitude-it works for me!

Your love plates are adorable. I have to believe that they are having a positive affect on your family.
