Biography

I'm passionate about letting people know that it's okay NOT to own every thought that crosses the mind. Just think to yourself, “I am not my thoughts.” You are much, much more than your thoughts and emotions! And to help you develop that higher self, I found Holosync, a brain entrainment program. I built a website about my experience with it because I am so impressed with the results. I am expanding this site right now! There is a blog and newsletter, resources and articles, and more.
